Mr. Víctor French is the founder of Palm Malen Resource Center (PMRC) and a leading expert in the field of education research, with over years of experience in the industry. He is passionate about creating more inclusive learning environments for children with special needs and is dedicated to advancing the field of inclusive education. Inclusive education means that all students, regardless of any challenges they may have, are placed in age-appropriate general education classes to receive high-quality instruction, interventions, and supports that enable them to meet success in the core curriculum.
