If you are not satisfied with any of the items you purchased, you can contact us on the Contact Us page above and we will help you with the return process. We accept returns (excluding shipping costs) within 30 days of the order date. Most items are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover the costs of restocking and reselling unless we made an error in your order.

We will issue a refund to your credit card as soon as we receive the returned item, which should appear on your credit card's online account within 48 hours from then. If we cannot process the refund to your credit card, we will send you a check to the address on file.

We process and ship most orders within one business day (24 hours) and deliver them to the destination within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the shipping option chosen. Priority shipping usually takes 2 to 4 business days and Standard Media Mail usually takes 4 to 8 business days. If you have not received a tracking email from us, please let us know and we will send it to you. Please be aware that holidays and bad weather may cause some delays in mail delivery.
